The Philosophy Behind Reflection and Grace
There’s a lot that goes into personal growth. But in my experience, two things are always present in that process: reflection and grace.
Reflection- the willingness to look honestly at past experiences, current patterns, and the beliefs we’ve been carrying.
Grace- the compassion to meet yourself there without judgment, as you step out of old habits and limiting stories and begin to build something new.
Launching Reflection and Grace Counseling is, for me, a personal testament to betting on yourself. To being amazed at where life can take you when you stop simply existing, stop hesitating, stop bracing for the worst and dare to start truly living.
That’s the invitation I extend to every client I have the honor of working with.

Sessions with me are warm, collaborative, and exploratory. I genuinely want to understand you, your world, and what's keeping you from the life you actually want. We figure it out together.
I believe you are the expert on your own life. I learn from you as much as you might learn from me. This is a space where no topic is off limits, every part of you is welcome, and your wins get celebrated just as much as the hard stuff gets held.
You might laugh. You might cry. You might come in with a dilemma and leave with unexpected clarity. And don’t be surprised if I ask about how your dog’s fifth birthday party before we jump right into your session. I’m here for all of it.
