  • Yes! I am currently in-network with the following insurance providers:

Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) • Cigna • Aetna • UHC/Optum • Oxford • Oscar Health • Curative

If your insurance provider isn’t listed, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider beforehand to understand your out-of-network benefits.

  • I ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full session fee.

  • That’s entirely client-led and depends on your goals, your pace, where you are in the process, and even finances comes into play too.

Many clients start with weekly sessions, and as they gain clarity and begin meeting their goals, we naturally taper, moving to every other week, then perhaps once a month, and eventually on an as-needed basis. The goal isn’t to keep you in therapy indefinitely. It’s to support you until you don’t need the support anymore.

  • Yes. Everything shared in our sessions is confidential. As a licensed professional counselor, I am legally and ethically bound to protect your privacy. There are a small number of exceptions required by law, such as if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or in cases of suspected abuse — which I will always explain clearly before we begin working together.

  • If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or like you’ve simply outgrown the version of yourself you’ve been living as, that’s often enough of a reason to start. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes the most important work happens in the quiet seasons, when you’re ready to go deeper. If you’re on the fence, the free consultation call is a low-pressure way to explore whether this feels like the right fit.
